Terms of Service

What we actually do is help you find schemes you may be eligible for, explain what a given application asks for, check your documents against that list, fill the form correctly, and submit it. That is a private professional service, in the same way an accountant or a documentation consultant is.

What we do not do:

• We do not decide, approve, reject or influence any application. Only the scheme's own authority does that.
• We do not collect money on the government's behalf, and no part of our fee is a government charge.
• We do not issue, verify or authenticate any government document or identity.
• We do not represent ourselves as an agent of any department, and no one is authorised to say we do.

Scheme details on this site — eligibility, amounts, deadlines — are collected from public government sources and can change or be out of date. Always confirm on the official portal before you rely on them. See our Disclaimer.

• You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase a service.
• If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must complete the application and accept these Terms on your behalf. See the under-18 section of our Privacy Policy.
• You may apply only on your own behalf, or on behalf of someone who has authorised you and whose details you are entitled to give us.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself.

• Government scheme applications are charged at a flat ₹100 per application. Scholarship, startup grant, research grant and tender work is quoted individually before any work begins.
• Our fee covers our assistance only. Any fee the scheme itself charges — application fees, EMD, statutory charges — is separate, goes to the authority rather than to us, and is your responsibility.
• The price shown at the time you engage us is the price you pay. We do not add charges later without telling you.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

This is the most important thing on this page. Approval of a scholarship, subsidy, grant, tender or any other application is decided entirely by the awarding authority against its own criteria, its own budget and its own timelines. We have no influence over that decision and we make no promise about it.

Specifically, we do not promise that:

• your application will be approved, shortlisted or funded;
• you are eligible for a scheme — eligibility is determined by the authority, not by us;
• a decision will arrive within any particular period;
• a scheme will remain open, funded, or on the terms currently published.

Anyone who tells you an approval can be guaranteed, arranged or accelerated for a fee is not acting for us. Report it to contact@formease.in.

The quality of an application depends almost entirely on the accuracy of what you give us. By using the service you confirm that:

• the information and documents you provide are true, current and your own to provide;
• you will send corrections promptly if something changes before submission;
• you understand that false or forged information can void the application, and can be an offence in its own right — that consequence sits with you, not with us;
• you will respond to our requests for missing information within the time we ask, since most scheme deadlines are hard.

When using FormEase, you must not:

• submit an application in someone else's name without their authority;
• upload forged, altered or stolen documents;
• scrape, copy or republish our listings in bulk, or use automated tools against our forms or APIs;
• attempt to gain access to another user's account or to any part of our systems you were not given access to;
• send spam through our enquiry, newsletter or contact forms, or use them to reach third parties;
• represent yourself as FormEase, or as connected to a government department, to anyone else;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it for other users.

Scheme, scholarship and tender information published here is compiled from public government sources. The compilation, the site's design, text, code and branding belong to FormEase and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

What you upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and use it to prepare and submit the application you asked for — nothing else. We do not use your documents to train anything or share them for marketing.

Government names, emblems, logos and portal names that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are referred to only to identify the scheme being described. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or association.

We will do our work with reasonable skill and care, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for:

• an application being rejected, delayed, or a scheme being withdrawn or defunded;
• information published by a government source that turns out to be wrong, changed or out of date;
• a deadline missed because information or documents reached us too late;
• losses caused by inaccurate information you gave us;
• outages of a government portal, payment provider or other third-party service;
• indirect or consequential losses, or loss of an opportunity or expected benefit.

Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the application the claim relates to.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any listing is complete or current.

You can stop using FormEase and close your account at any time — write to contact@formease.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaches the acceptable-use rules above, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. Closing an account does not by itself refund fees for work already done — see the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Please raise a complaint with us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. Write to contact@formease.in or use the contact page. We are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. For privacy complaints specifically, contact the Grievance Officer named in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the service changes or the law does. The date at the top shows the last substantive change. If a change materially affects work you have already paid for, the version you agreed to at the time is the one that governs it.
