FormEase is a private commercial business. Nothing on this site — its design, its listings, its language, or the schemes it describes — should be read as meaning we are a government department, an agency of one, an authorised agent, a common service centre, or a body operating under any government licence or approval. We are none of those things.

No government department has reviewed, endorsed, sponsored or approved this site or our services.

Every scheme, scholarship, subsidy, grant and tender listed here can be applied for directly on the relevant official government portal. In most cases the government charges nothing at all to apply, and in the rest it charges its own published fee.

Our fee is separate and entirely optional. It pays for our help with the paperwork — finding the scheme, checking your documents, filling the form correctly and submitting it. You are free to do all of that yourself, and we would rather you knew that up front than found out afterwards.

No part of what you pay us goes to any government department, and we never collect a government fee on a department's behalf.

Scheme details on this site — eligibility criteria, benefit amounts, deadlines, required documents — are compiled from publicly available government sources and published in good faith. Government schemes change frequently and often without notice.

• Information here may be incomplete, superseded, or wrong by the time you read it.
• Always verify the current position on the scheme's official portal before you rely on it or make a decision.
• We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current or complete, and we accept no liability for a decision made on the basis of one.
• If you spot something wrong, tell us at contact@formease.in and we will correct it.

Whether an application is approved is decided solely by the awarding authority, against its own criteria, budget and timelines. We have no influence over that decision, no special access, and no ability to speed it up.

Using our service does not increase your entitlement to any benefit. It does not make you eligible for a scheme you do not qualify for. Paying us does not create any claim against any government body. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

Please read this even if you skip the rest:

• We will never ask you for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card CVV, or a net-banking password. Nobody legitimate ever will.
• We will never ask you to pay a "processing fee", "approval fee" or "release fee" to a personal account or UPI ID to get a scheme benefit released.
• We will never promise that an application can be guaranteed, arranged or fast-tracked for money.
• Anyone claiming to be from FormEase and doing any of the above is not from FormEase.

If you have been approached by someone claiming to act for us, report it to contact@formease.in, and report financial fraud to the national cybercrime helpline on 1930.

Names of government schemes, departments, portals and programmes appear on this site only to identify the scheme being described. They remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not use, reproduce or adapt the State Emblem of India, the national flag, or any other protected emblem or official name in our branding or on our commercial pages. Use of such emblems and names is restricted by the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950, and we treat that restriction as absolute rather than as something to work around. Our logo is our own mark and is not derived from any national emblem.

Nothing on this site implies endorsement of FormEase by any body whose name appears here.

We link to official government portals and other third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link you are subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

Everything on this site is general information about publicly available schemes. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration or professional advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account. Where a decision matters, take advice from a qualified professional or ask the department directly.

Our assistance is limited to preparing and submitting applications. We do not represent you before any authority, tribunal or court.
