Roddenberry Catalyst Fund

The Catalyst Fund is the Roddenberry Foundation's small-grants program for early-stage ideas. It gives grants of US$2,500 to US$15,000 (about ₹2.4 lakh to ₹14.3 lakh) to anyone, anywhere in the world, with an idea or early-stage project that challenges conventional thinking or looks at a problem in a new light. There is no fixed theme: past interest has covered products, experimental programs, new services and inventions across areas like climate, health and inequality. It suits a project that needs a small amount of money to launch, run a pilot or prove the idea works. The fund normally takes applications all year round, but it is not accepting applications at the moment.
