The AMRUT-SRIF Business Incubation Scheme offers a monthly financial assistance of ₹25,000 for 12 months, along with comprehensive incubation support, to innovators and young entrepreneurs in Maharashtra.
The AMRUT-SRIF Business Incubation Scheme, jointly implemented by the Academy of Maharashtra Research, Upliftment and Training (AMRUT), an autonomous institution of the Government of Maharashtra, and the SGBAU Research and Incubation Foundation (SRIF) at Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, is designed to foster a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem within Maharashtra. This initiative aims to identify, nurture, and empower innovators and young entrepreneurs who possess original and innovative business ideas or technologies. The scheme specifically targets individuals willing to start or expand a startup, providing them with crucial financial and non-financial support during their formative stages. By bridging the gap in early-stage funding and offering structured guidance, the program seeks to convert promising ideas into sustainable ventures, contributing to economic growth and job creation in the state.
