Department of Industries, Government of Chhattisgarh
Reimbursement of 50% of expenses, up to ₹10 Lakhs, for MSMEs in the services sector obtaining various national/international quality certifications under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30.
The Quality Certification Subsidy is an initiative by the Government of Chhattisgarh as part of its Industrial Development Policy 2024-30. This program aims to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the services sector within the state.
The core objective of this subsidy is to encourage MSMEs to achieve higher standards of quality, efficiency, and competitiveness by obtaining various national and international quality certifications. These certifications are crucial for enhancing market access, building customer trust, and improving operational processes, which ultimately contribute to the growth and sustainability of businesses.
The subsidy addresses the financial burden associated with acquiring such certifications. By offering a significant reimbursement for the costs incurred, the Government of Chhattisgarh seeks to promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement among its service sector MSMEs, making them more resilient and globally competitive. It covers a wide range of certifications, including ISO standards, BIS, ZED, BEE, AGMARK, and Euro Standard, among others, ensuring broad applicability across different service industries.
