Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy - Investment-Linked Financial Assistance

About This Scheme

Status: active. Under the MP Startup Policy and Implementation Scheme 2022 (updated 2025), the Madhya Pradesh government provides Investment-Linked Assistance of 15% of the first investment received from a SEBI/RBI-recognized financial institution, capped at Rs 15 lakh per stage. The policy also announced a dedicated Rs 100 crore Seed Capital Fund and a Seed Grant of up to Rs 30 lakh disbursed through empanelled incubators.

  • DPIIT-recognized startups established in Madhya Pradesh
  • Eligible stage: early stage
  • Eligible stage: growth
  • Valid DPIIT recognition number and certificate

Benefits

MP's Startup Policy 2022/2025 offers investment-linked assistance (15% of investment, up to Rs 15 lakh/stage) plus a stated Rs 100 crore Seed Capital Fund and up to Rs 30 lakh seed grant via incubators, applied for through the Startup MP portal.
