Bihar Startup Policy - Seed Grant at Validation Stage

About This Scheme

Status: active. Under the Bihar Startup Policy, the Department of Industries provides an interest-free seed grant/loan of up to Rs 10 lakh to validation-stage startups registered with Startup Bihar and certified by the Nodal Agency through an empanelled incubation centre, repayable over 10 years without interest.

Eligibility Criteria

  • DPIIT-recognized startups registered with Startup Bihar
  • Startups certified by the Nodal Agency
  • Eligible stage: pre seed
  • Must be certified by Nodal Agency

Benefits

Bihar's Startup Policy offers an interest-free 10-year seed grant/loan of up to Rs 10 lakh (higher for women and SC/ST founders) to validation-stage startups via Startup Bihar's Nodal Agency and incubators.
