Odisha Startup Fund of Funds Scheme (Startup Odisha)

About This Scheme

Status: active. Startup Odisha operates a Fund of Funds scheme with a target corpus of Rs 100 crore to be disbursed over 5 years, aimed at supporting the capital investment requirements of startups at seed stage. SEBI-registered AIFs/Angel Funds are empanelled as partner funds and required to match state contributions at a minimum 1:1 ratio.

Eligibility Criteria

  • DPIIT-recognized startups registered in Odisha
  • SEBI-registered Category 1/2 AIFs and Angel Funds (as partner funds)
  • Eligible stage: seed
  • Startup must be registered with Startup Odisha

Benefits

Odisha's Rs 100 crore Fund of Funds channels seed-stage capital to startups through SEBI-registered partner AIFs/angel funds on a 1:1 matching basis, administered by Startup Odisha.
