MAKER'S ARENA 2.0 is South India's premier 24-hour non-stop hard-tech and hardware hackathon, organised by AIC RAISE. This is the flagship event for innovators passionate about building real, working prototypes from scratch in the AI, hardware, IoT, and machine learning domains.
Who Should Apply Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, recent graduates (within 2 years), and early-stage founders. Participants can join as teams of 2–5 members or compete individually. The competition welcomes anyone with a hardware or hard-tech idea ready to build.
Format & Timeline The hackathon runs for 24 hours continuously from 4:00 PM on June 26 to 4:00 PM on June 27, 2026, at the AIC RAISE venue. Teams will build, test, and showcase working prototypes. The competition includes mentorship from industry experts, direct mentor connections, and expert-led sessions throughout the event.
Prizes & Recognition Winners receive grants up to ₹5,00,000, plus internship opportunities with top performers, startup toolkit access, and incubation & IP support. All participants receive certificates. Most innovative ideas also gain access to fab lab facilities.
Eligibility Open to students (UG/PG), recent graduates, and early-stage founders. Team size: 1–5 members. Individual participation is welcome. Registration fee: ₹499 per person.
