• Applicants must: Be full-time graduate students at the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) Be enrolled at the University of Waterloo Demonstrate outstanding commitment to scientific outreach and community engagement Show involvement in promoting quantum information science or general scientific awareness through volunteer or educational activities Be a master’s or PhD student in relevant programs.
• Value of IQC David Johnston Award for Scientific Outreach: Up to $2,500 per award.
