Eligibility Criteria for Martin Basiri Graduate Scholarship in STEM

  • Applicants must: Be international graduate students with a valid study permit.
  • Be registered full-time in the first term of a research-based Master’s program in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Be conducting research within Professor Amir Khajepour’s research group.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum cumulative average of 80% or equivalent.
  • Remain in good academic standing and full-time registration to continue receiving funding.

  • Two scholarships are awarded annually, each valued at up to CAD $15,000.
  • Application Process: No separate application is required.
