Eligibility Criteria for the RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship 2026

• Have been offered or be in the process of enrolling in a Master by Research or PhD research degree at RMIT. Demonstrate high academic merit, such as: High distinction grades (80% or higher), or Equivalent research outputs or professional experience.
• English language requirements must be met by the scholarship closing date.
• Be primarily based at an RMIT Australian campus during the scholarship period.
• Must not already hold the same or higher level research degree already (e.g., PhD applicants must not already have a PhD).
• Must not have previously held a similar funded postgraduate research scholarship, unless it was terminated within specified conditions.

Application Process

Apply for admission into a research degree (Master by Research or PhD) at RMIT University. Submit your scholarship application through RMIT’s research scholarship rounds.
