The Faculty of Science and Health offers the Global Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2025/26 to support outstanding international students with the costs associated with studying at the University of Portsmouth.

Eligibility Criteria for the Faculty of Science and Health Global Postgraduate Taught Scholarship

• Applicants must be self-funded students on a full-time, on-campus postgraduate course for January 2026.
• Applicants must be overseas students, and EU, EEA, or Swiss nationals will not be eligible to apply for this scholarship.
• Applicants must have achieved a 1st class honours undergraduate degree classification (or equivalent).
• Applicants must hold and have accepted an offer to study a postgraduate taught course within the Faculty of Science and Health at the University of Portsmouth.
• International College Portsmouth (ICP) students are excluded from this scholarship It is not available for students who have previously studied at the University of Portsmouth.
• Application Process: Applicants must complete the application process.
• Application Deadline: 14 November 2025.
