• Eligibility Criteria for the Millie Patton Tissot Memorial Endowed Scholarship: Applicants can be of any nationality.
• Applicants can be either undergraduate or graduate students at WSU Vancouver.
• Preference given to Veterans and/or children of a Veteran.
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 3 credits per semester.
• Applicants must study with emphasis on professional writing, or those who seek to be published writers, or have an interest in writing children’s literature.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must be students diagnosed as hearing impaired.
