The Directorate of University & Higher Education, Manipur is offering the State Merit Scholarship, Manipur 2024 to first-year general undergraduate, postgraduate, or equivalent students. The program's goal is to give financially disadvantaged students in the nation who are seeking higher education assistance. A prize of up to INR 7,500 would be given annually to the chosen pupils. Eligibility Criteria for State Merit Scholarship, Manipur 2025: Students should have a domicile in Manipur. Students should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exams from an institution recognized by the Board of Education, including the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE). Students must have passed degree or equivalent exams from a recognized institute. Students should have secured admission in postgraduate courses (MA/M.Sc./M. Com, etc.) in the relevant discipline in a university/college/institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) Students need to have secured a minimum percentage of 60% marks in UG/PG courses in the Commerce/Science/Arts stream Students should have an annual family income of not more than INR 4,50,000.
