Eligibility

• Must be a student applying through the CAO to study the Honours Degree in Structural Engineering (MT831) at MTU Cork Campus.
• Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes: A determination to apply knowledge and skills in creating sustainable infrastructure for society's benefit.
• An understanding of the role of a structural engineer in design, construction, and operation of civil/structural engineering works.
• Creativity and innovation in solving engineering challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and potential to lead them.
• Integrity and attention to detail for ensuring the safe provision of structural engineering solutions.
