The objective of the Faculty of Arts Sub-doctoral Postgraduate Scholarship is to support and encourage students with excellent academic merit and who possess an outgoing personality to enroll to study at the University.

Eligibility for Faculty of Arts Sub-doctoral Postgraduate Scholarship

• To be eligible for scholarship consideration, an applicant must be enrolled, or enrolling, full-time or part-time in a subdoctoral postgraduate program in the Faculty of Arts at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland.
• A grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) of 7.00 (6.50 for Māori or Pacific candidates) is required for Scholarship consideration

Value of Faculty of Arts Sub-doctoral Postgraduate Scholarship

The successful applicants of Faculty of Arts Sub-doctoral Postgraduate Scholarship will receive an amount of up to $10,000 toward compulsory fees for 120-point programmes and up to $15,000 for 180-point programs.
