Eligibility Criteria for Major Graduate Award for Innovation in Science

• Applicants must: Be full-time graduate students enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program in the Faculty of Science.
• Conduct research related to life sciences or biology.
• Preference is given to students involved in interdisciplinary research.
• Maintain a minimum cumulative average of 75% or equivalent over the last two years of full-time study.
• Include a personal statement describing their dedication to postgraduate studies and the impact the award would have on their goals.
• Value of Major Graduate Award for Innovation in Science: One award valued at CAD $7,500 is granted annually.

Application Process

• Submit an expression of interest and supporting materials to the Faculty of Science Graduate Studies Office by February 15.
