• Applicants must be enrolled in the following field of study Humanities Social Science Mathematical Science Physics Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Biology and Biotechnology Agriculture and Fishery Environmental Science Pharmaceutical Science Geology and Geoinformatics Civil Engineering Architecture Material Science / Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering Robotics Information Technology Sports Science For Master’s course / Doctoral course (first phase)- A bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline with at least 70% marks.
• Candidates for the October 2026 class should receive their mark sheets and degrees by September 30, 2026.
• For Doctoral course (second phase)- Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 70%.
• Candidates must have practical research/teaching/work experience after acquiring the required qualification by September 30th, 2026, for the October 2026 class.
• Value of Japanese Government Scholarships, 2027: The successful applicants of Japanese Government Scholarships, 2027 will receive: Tuition fees.
• Students receiving the preparatory education and non-regular students: 143,000 yen

The successful applicants of Japanese Government Scholarships, 2027 will receive

• Tuition fees.
• Students receiving the preparatory education and non-regular students: 143,000 yen (Approx. Rs. 84,100) per month
• Regular students enrolled in master’s or professional degree courses: 144,000 yen (Approx. Rs. 84,700) per month
• Regular students enrolled in doctoral courses: 145,000 yen (Approx. Rs. 85,300) per month.
• Round-trip airfare.
