• Must apply for an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at Southern Cross University campuses in Lismore, Coffs Harbour, or the National Marine Science Centre (excluding quota-restricted programs).
• Must meet all admission, academic progress, attendance, and visa requirements to maintain scholarship eligibility.
• Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, and New Zealand citizens are not eligible to apply.
