The MRes Biomedical Research Bursary at Imperial College London provides a GBP 2,000 award towards the tuition fees for students accepted onto the MRes Biomedical Research programme.

Eligibility Criteria of MRes Biomedical Research Bursary

• Applicants must be postgraduate students (Home or Overseas fee status) commencing the MRes Biomedical Research programme in October 2026 with an offer in hand.
• They must have accepted the offer and fulfilled all offer conditions to be eligible.

Application Process

• Applicants must submit a statement covering their motivation for pursuing further studies in science, describing an academic, research, or professional experience that influenced this decision; their current ambitions or goals in science and the approaches they plan to use, whether research-based, technical, organisational, or entrepreneurial; and what they look forward to in the programme and how it will help them achieve these goals.
• Each response should be concise, honest, and limited to 1300 characters per section.

GBP 2,000 towards the tuition fee.
