The Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana is providing undergraduate and graduate students who fall under the General and SC categories of students in the state with a chance called the Haryana State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2026. The plan aims to provide incentives to deserving students enrolled in the State's Government Colleges. A scholarship worth up to INR 5,000 will be awarded to the chosen applicants each year.

  • Eligibility Criteria for Haryana State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2026: Students need to be a domicile of Haryana.
  • Students should have secured first, second, or third in the annual university examination.
  • Students must be pursuing general courses in Arts/Commerce/Science and education streams at a recognized government college.
  • Application Process: Students need to submit an application form ONLINE only.
