Eligibility Criteria for Korean Studies Prize at University of Edinburgh 2026

• Applicants must: Be applying for admission to the MSc in East Asian Studies (Korean Studies pathway) or MSc by Research Korean Studies at the University of Edinburgh, commencing September 2026.
• Have, or expect to obtain, the equivalent of a UK first-class or 2:1 Honours undergraduate degree.
• Be full-time postgraduate students.
• Engage with the postgraduate community and actively participate in presenting their work during the award period.

Value of Korean Studies Prize at University of Edinburgh 2026

£3,000 toward tuition fees for the first year of study. Students must cover any outstanding tuition fees.

Application Process

• Apply for the relevant MSc or MSc by Research programme by Sunday 31 May 2026.
• Eligible candidates are automatically considered for the scholarship.
