The Charles R. Middleton Endowed Scholarship was created by William Paterson University President Dr. Richard Helldobler and Mr. Robert E. Brown III to honor Dr. Charles Middleton, President Emeritus of Roosevelt University and Dr. Helldobler's mentor. This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate or graduate students.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be enrolled for an undergraduate or graduate degree at William Paterson University.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating financial need not necessarily as defined by the federal government.
• Applicants must be involved in LGBTQIA+ University activities and/or be enrolled in the Higher Education Leadership program.
