- The applicant can be both a domestic and an international student.
- Be registered full-time in the fall of 2025 in one of the Faculty's bachelor's, master's, or doctoral programs; Have completed a stay abroad as part of a program recognized by the Faculty during the 2024-2025 academic year (September to April).

- The application should include the following components: A letter of motivation (maximum of two pages) highlighting the openness to the world and the benefits of personal involvement or research work Final transcripts of university studies (depending on the level at which you are registered) A recent transcript from Université Laval (capsule version eligible) A curriculum vitae A list of sources of funding already obtained during the last school year.
