• Eligibility for the ANU Ruth Dobson Scholarship: Applicants can be international or domestic students.
• Applicants must be enrolling in the Master of Diplomacy graduate coursework degree program. Applicants must have achieved a GPA of 6 (out of 7) in their undergraduate degree.
