• Be admitted to one of the eligible Master’s or Advanced Master’s programmes at KU Leuven: Master of Communication Sciences: Digital Media and Society (DMaS) Master of International Politics (MIP) Master of Sociology Master of Advanced Studies in European Policies and Public Administration (MEPP) Legally hold the nationality of an eligible lower-income or lower-developed country (see full list).
• Have obtained a first academic degree (BA or equivalent) in an eligible country (or exceptionally in another eligible country).
• Have received a formal Letter of Admission from KU Leuven for the chosen programme.
