• Scholarship value: Full Funding, Tuition fees + Stipend + Other allowances Each year, Griffith University makes several tuition fee-offset scholarships available to international candidates of exceptional research potential to undertake a higher degree research (HDR) program.
• This scholarship scheme is the Griffith University International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (GUIPRS).
• The fee offset provided through the award of a GUIPRS will remove the liability of the HDR candidate to pay program tuition fees for the tenure of the award.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must not be passport holders of Australia or New Zealand.
• Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible HDR program at the university.
• Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree with first-class honors.
• Applicants can be new or current candidates.
• Applicants must not have completed a program equivalent to the program the candidate is enrolling in.
• Applicants must not have previously held the same or an equivalent scholarship for which they are applying unless it was terminated within six months of the scholarship’s payments commencing.
• Applicants must not have held a Commonwealth Government Australia Award scholarship in the two years before commencing the award.

• Cost of a standard Overseas Student Health Cover policy, which covers the candidate and dependents for up to 42 months.
• Student services and amenities fee during the tenure of the scholarship.
