Eligibility Criteria for Hertie School Social Impact Scholarship 2026

• Students must be enrolled in an Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) program.
• Applicants pursuing a broader vision of the greater good are encouraged to apply for the Social Impact Scholarship. Open to applicants of all nationalities.

Application Process

• Applicants submit a standard application for the Executive MPA program plus a brief letter outlining their project and how the Executive MPA contributes to its implementation (2 pages max.)
• Value of the Scholarship: 1 full scholarship worth 38,500 euros.
