The 30% Club is a collaborative business-led effort to make real change in Ireland, aiming towards 30% female representation in senior management.

Eligibility criteria for the 30% Club Scholarship

• Applicants must: Be members of the 30% Club or affiliated with it.
• Be female leaders aiming to advance in senior management.
• Apply for one of the eligible Master’s programs at Maynooth University.

Application process

• To apply, applicants must submit the following: 1.
• A completed Application Form 2.
• A current professional CV 3.
• A personal statement outlining their commitment to undertaking part time study, how their chosen programme will support their own professional development and how they have demonstrated a commitment to advancing gender equality, in line with the 30% Club aims. 4.
• Confirm they are a citizen of an EEA member state or Switzerland AND resident in Ireland or Northern Ireland for 3 years or more.
• Non-EEA citizens should contact the Equality Officer on pgstudies@mu.ie to confirm eligibility. 5.
• Submit their application to the Equality Officer at pgstudies@mu.ie by the 30th June 2025.
