This fellowship, which honors excellence in science, information technology, and engineering, will promote and encourage female-identifying scholars to pursue careers in STEM by funding them based on merit and equity.

Eligibility for Faculty of Science and Engineering Women in STEM Scholarship

  • Students should be admitted to the Faculty of Science and Engineering for undergraduate or graduate study beginning in Session 1 of 2025.
  • Applicant should identify as a female student.
  • Applicant should plan to study internally (i.e., on campus) full-time.
  • Students should have a proven track record of exceptional academic achievement.
  • Must display the ability to work hard to achieve their objectives.
  • Students who can demonstrate financial hardship or disadvantage will be given preference.
