The Madeleine Taylor Scholarship aims to support research in women’s studies within the fields of sociology and anthropology. It was established in 2011 and is maintained by a bequest from the estate of Madeleine Olive Taylor.

Eligibility Criteria for Madeleine Taylor Scholarship at University of Queensland 2024

• Applicants must be enrolled in a Master's or PhD research program.
• Applicants must be conducting research in women’s studies with a focus on Sociology or Anthropology.
• HDR candidates must have completed their Progress Review 1.
• Postgraduate coursework students must have completed one semester of study.
