The East Mediterranean University is offering Graduate Programs Scholarship Opportunities to all students who are enrolled in a Master's or PhD program at the university.

• Eligibility Criteria for the Graduate Programs Scholarship: Applicants may come from any nationality.
• Applicants must be first-time first-year students.
• International and TR national PhD program candidates: Must have graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent from an undergraduate degree program.
• Must be graduated between a 2.75 - 2.99 CGPA from an undergraduate degree program or equivalent and have a relevant ALES score of 65 or higher (for Turkish citizens) or have a minimum CGPA of 3.50 or equivalent from a Graduate (Master's) Program graduation.
• TR national master’s program candidates: Must have graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent from an undergraduate degree program.
• Must have graduated between a 2.75 - 2.99 CGPA from an undergraduate degree program or equivalent and have a relevant ALES score of 65 or higher for thesis programs or an ALES minimum score of 65 from any type, for non-thesis programs.
• International master’s program candidates Per Article 4(5) of the ‘Research Assistant Appointment and Postgraduate Scholarship Regulations’, students who are granted 100% schola

• Applicants may come from any nationality.
• Applicants must be first-time first-year students.

International and TR national PhD program candidates

• Must have graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent from an undergraduate degree program.
• Must be graduated between a 2.75 - 2.99 CGPA from an undergraduate degree program or equivalent and have a relevant ALES score of 65 or higher (for Turkish citizens) or have a minimum CGPA of 3.50 or equivalent from a Graduate (Master's) Program graduation.

TR national master’s program candidates

• Must have graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent from an undergraduate degree program.
• Must have graduated between a 2.75 - 2.99 CGPA from an undergraduate degree program or equivalent and have a relevant ALES score of 65 or higher for thesis programs or an ALES minimum score of 65 from any type, for non-thesis programs.
• International master’s program candidates
• Per Article 4(5) of the ‘Research Assistant Appointment and Postgraduate Scholarship Regulations’, students who are granted 100% scholarship are appointed as ‘Category E Research Assistant’.
• These students are expected to undertake duties for at least 6 hours per week at academic units or, if deemed necessary, administrative units.

International students: 100% and 50% scholarships for PhD programs and 50% for Master’s programs.

Turkish Republic citizens: 100% and 50% scholarships for Master’s and PhD programs.

Note

Students registered with special or visiting student status are not eligible to receive this scholarship.
