• Applicants must: Be a full-time junior or senior enrolled in the College of Business in good standing. Have taken a real estate principles class. Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

• Applicants are required to provide: An essay responding to the question: "Affordable/attainable housing continues to remain a problem across the state of Colorado.
• Please share your views on the causes of the affordable/attainable housing crisis and provide us with your thoughts and ideas on possible solutions to this problem." Evidence of strong leadership skills and community service commitments (If scholarship is awarded to a junior, it may be renewable for the senior year if all scholarship criteria are met, they re-apply and the recipient is selected by the scholarship committee.)
