The Bob Russell Acts of Service Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation.It recognizes and rewards a student who performs selfless acts of service to others, not randomly, but as part of their normal way of living while they are a current student at UCM. Eligibility criteria for Bob Russell Acts of Service Scholarship The applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student. The candidate must have good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.0 Must be the student who embodies and demonstrates fine character. The candidate makes a difference in the lives of others through their kindness, compassion, and caring acts. The candidate must have a reference letter from a fellow student, faculty, or staff member of UCM describing the applicant’s selfless act(s) of kindness and their positive impact on the community.
