The Burmeister Law Scholarship is offered by the University of Western Australia through the generosity of Nico Burmeister and his family. The scholarship provides financial assistance to support and encourage a commencing student experiencing financial hardship to undertake the Juris Doctor program at the University.

Eligibility requirements for the Burmeister Law Scholarship at the University of Western Australia

• Applicants must be experiencing financial hardship and must be commencing students. Must be enrolled, or eligible to enrol, full-time in the Juris Doctor degree program.
• Value of the scholarship: A full-time student will be awarded AUD 15,000.
