• The applicant needs to be an international student.
• The student must be an Indian citizen and resident.
• The student must be starting their first semester at UQ and enrolling in a UQ Faculty of Science program that has been authorized (minimum duration of one year).

• The students have to have a track record of excellence in their earlier coursework.

Selection criteria

• The academic standing of the student (as shown by the qualifications you provided when applying to the UQ Faculty of Science program)
