The applicants must be non-Washington residents and charged non-resident tuition.
The applicant must have a cumulative unweighted high school GPA between 3.0 and 3.69.
The applicant must enroll at the Pullman campus as a first-time, first-year or transfer student.
Incase of Transfer Students, Required transfer GPA: 3.0 – 3.69.
If transferring with fewer than 26 credits: 3.0 – 3.69 G.P.A. plus 3.0 high school G.P.A.
