Eligibility
Applicants must be Indian nationals.
Applicants must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.
Applicants must be pursuing a master’s or above course (any year) at a premier university or college outside India OR should have received an acceptance/offer letter from universities outside India.
Students must have secured 75% marks or above in their previous academic year.
Students with a gross annual family income of up to INR 6,00,000 are eligible to apply.
Note
- Premier universities/colleges outside of India will include those listed at the top in reputed world rankings such as the QS World University Rankings, Times Higher Education World University Rankings
- Preference will be given to students with a family income of up to INR 3,00,000 per annum.
- 100% of the slots for overseas education will be reserved for SC/ST scholars.

- Click on the ‘ Apply Now ’ button below.
- Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and land on the ‘ Application Form Page.’ If not registered, register at Buddy4Study with your Email/Mobile/Google account.
- You will now be redirected to the ‘ SBIF Asha Scholarship Program for Overseas Education 2024-25 ’ application form page.
- Click on the ‘ Start Application ’ button to begin the application process, fill in the required details in the online application form, and upload relevant documents.
- Accept the ‘ Terms and Conditions ’ and click on ‘ Preview ’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click the ‘ Submit ’ button to complete the application process.
