Scholarship Value

An award of up to ₹25,00,000

To be eligible, an applicant must

• Be a domicile of Kerala
• Be below 35 years of age as on the date of application
• Have secured at least 55% marks (as per university criteria) in the qualifying examination
• Have a grant for only one program within the approved timeframe
• Not be a government employee or an employee of a public sector entity

Note

• The applicant must not be a government employee or an employee of a public sector entity.
• Applications submitted after taking admission to any foreign university/institution through procedures other than those prescribed will not be considered.
• The scholarship shall be granted to a student for only one course of study and shall be limited to the period for which it is sanctioned.

The selected candidates will receive

SC Category

• Family income up to ₹12,00,000 – will receive an award up to ₹25,00,000 (includes accommodation, living, visa, and health insurance)
• Family income between ₹12,00,000–₹20,00,000 – will receive an award up to ₹20,00,000
• Family income more than ₹20,00,000 - will receive an award up to ₹15,00,000
• Family income above ₹20,00,000 – are eligible for an interest-free education loan
