To be eligible, an applicant must:- be a resident of Tamil Nadu or Puducherry be in the first year of their undergraduate program have scored at least 60% (government/government-aided institutions) and 70%(private institutions) in their previous qualifying examinations have an annual income less than ₹2,50,000

• Students pursuing a bachelor’s in Arts and professional courses are ineligible.
• Those who have attended private tuitions for examinations like NEET, CA admissions, etc., are ineligible.
• Students applying for Diploma programmes after Class 10th are ineligible.
