To be eligible, an applicant must:- be from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community be a student born in Goa or a resident for at least 15 years be admitted to an institution recognised by the State/Central Government for one of the following courses: Certificate Course in Home Nursing (6–12 months)

Diploma in Home Nursing (1 year or more)

Degree in Nursing (3 years)

Health Worker Course (1 year) have an annual family income not exceeding ₹6,00,000 from all sources not be availing of any other scholarship/stipend for the same course.

Note

- An applicant must not claim a scholarship during internship/housemanship if receiving remuneration or allowance.
