Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:- be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree be passionate about social impact and community leadership be eager to learn, work in person, and contribute to real projects be committed to diversity and inclusion

Note

Individuals from underrepresented communities (SC/ST/OBC, first-generation learners, those with limited financial means) are strongly encouraged to apply.
No prior experience is required for this fellowship.

Benefits

Selected students will receive:-
Monthly stipend: ₹35,000.
Provided resources: laptop, notebook, welcome kit, and well-being support.
Learning fund: ₹5,000 for additional courses or personal development.
Direct mentorship and access to Dasra’s sector network.
Hands-on experience, training program, and career development in the social sector.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for an interview based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.

Motivation Essay (500–800 words), or Video Recording (under 5 mins - Google Drive/YouTube unlisted)
Case Study Essay (800- 1000 words), or PowerPoint Presentation (6-8 Slides)
Note:- Files must not exceed the size of 10 MB.
