Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:- be an Indian citizen be a resident of Maharashtra belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category be a female student currently studying in Classes 5 to 10 in a government/aided school

Note

All board students are eligible, except for self-financed student schools.
There is no income limit for this scholarship.

Benefits

Selected candidates will receive:-

Classes 5 to 7: ₹60 per month for 10 months

Classes 8 to 10: ₹100 per month for 10 months

Note

The scholarship will be disbursed in two instalments.
Candidates can receive this scholarship for a maximum of 10 months for a single academic year.
If an applicant fails a class, they will remain ineligible until passing that particular class.
A minimum of 60% attendance in the current year is mandatory for receiving the second instalment.
In case of less than 10 months, the candidate will receive the scholarship for the number of months they attended school, starting from the date of admission.

Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:-

3Navigate to the 'New Applicant Registration' button at the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on it.
4Fill in all required details, verify the email and the phone number, enter the captcha and click on the 'Register' button.
5After successfully registering on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
6Log in using the username and password.
7Fill in the necessary details, upload the required documents, and submit.
