Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
be domiciled in Goa
have completed the Class 10/SSC exam in the year 2026 from a recognised school/institute of the union territory of Goa
have scored 75% marks or obtained 7 CGPA in the Class 10/SSC examination ( Note: - The cut-off requirement for students with disabilities is 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.)
have an annual family income of less than ₹4,00,000 from all sources

Selected candidates will receive an annual scholarship of ₹10,000.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship by following the below-mentioned steps

2Click the 'Register' button and enter the required registration details. ( Note: - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
3Navigate the ' Apply Now' at the bottom of the page and click on it.
4Click on 'Register' to start the application.
5Confirm the registration through the email sent by Vidhyadhan.
6Log in using the registered email ID and password.
7Click on the ‘ Help’ link from the Vidyadhan Account for complete application instructions.
8Click on the ‘Application’ button to create a new application.
9Fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents and submit.

Note

- The application will be considered complete only after the applicants upload the mandatory documents and photographs.

Selection Process

The candidates will be selected based on a thorough review of their applications, including academic details, scores, and achievements, followed by a personal interview or a written test.

A recent photograph
A scanned copy of Class 10 marksheet*
A scanned copy of the income certificate issued by a competent authority; ration card is not accepted
*Note:- Applicants missing their original marksheet can upload a provisional/online version from the SSLC/CBSE/ICSE website.
