The Department of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, launched the Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC) Students, Maharashtra 2024/25 to offer financial aid to EBC students accepted into diploma, degree, and postgraduate professional programs via the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The program's goal is to make higher education more affordable for students who want to pursue it. 50% of the exam cost and 50% of the tuition will be awarded to the chosen candidates. Eligibility Criteria for DTE Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC) Students, Maharashtra 2024/25: Students need to be an Indian citizen. Students should be a domicile of Maharashtra. Students should have taken admission in a professional and technical course (diploma/graduation/postgraduation degree) as mentioned in GR (Government Resolution). - Students need to be an Indian citizen.
- Students should be a domicile of Maharashtra.
- Students should have taken admission in a professional and technical course (diploma/graduation/postgraduation degree) as mentioned in GR (Government Resolution).
- Students must be admitted through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) and under the General category and EBC category.
- Students should have secured a minimum of 50% attendance in the previous semester (except for those freshly admitted to college).
- Students must have an annual family income of less than INR 8,00,000.
