A consolidated academic allowance of ₹4,000 per annum

To be eligible, an applicant must:- be an Indian national be domiciled in Odisha belong to the OBC (Other Backward Class), EBC (Economically Backward Class), or SEBC (Socially and Educationally Backward Class) categories of the state be studying in Class 9 and 10 in a government school or a school recognised by the Government or a Central/State Board of Secondary Education have an annual parent(s)/guardian(s) income of not more than ₹2,50,000

• Students receiving this scholarship for Class 9 and 10 cannot receive any other educational scholarships for the same class.
• However, if they are awarded another scholarship for those specific classes, they can choose which one they prefer and should inform the awarding body through their school principal.
