To be eligible, an applicant must

be a permanent resident of Assam be seeking or already enrolled in a bachelor’s degree course in any discipline have passed the higher secondary/pre-university/Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)/Indian School Certificate (ISC) exam or equivalent board-qualifying examination have an annual family income of ₹50,000 or below

The selected students will receive financial assistance in 4 equal instalments per year.

- The scholarship will be deposited to the bank account of the awardees.
