To be eligible, an applicant must:- be an Indian citizen be domiciled in Uttar Pradesh belong to Scheduled Castes (SC)/Scheduled Tribes(ST)/General category be studying graduation, postgraduation, Ph.D., or higher-level degree in a recognised institution fulfill the below annual family income criteria: For General category: Less than ₹2,00,000

For SC/ST category: Less than ₹2,50,000 must not be receiving benefits under any other state/central scholarship

Note

• - Postgraduate medical students who are not allowed to practice medicine while studying can apply for the scholarship.
• Students pursuing the below courses are ineligible for the scholarship:
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer course
• Private Pilot License course
• Training course of Sainik High School, Dehradun
• All India and state-level pre-examination training
• Correspondence courses and distance
• Course for Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
• In courses conducted by private sector training institutes where certificates/marks are not awarded by any university, affiliating board, or authorised department, and the examination is not conducted by an authorised agency at a standardized level, i.e., in courses that lack uniform control and standardisation

Eligible students can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-

1. 1Click on the 'Apply Now' link below.
2. 2Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. ( Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
3. 3Navigate to the 'Students' tab on the top left-hand of the dashboard and click on the ' Registration ' button (Note:- If the applicant is registered, kindly click on the 'Fresh Login' button and choose the scholarship).
4. 4Click on the ' Postmatric Other Than Intermediate (Fresh)' link, under the 'For ST, SC, General Category' section.
5. 5Fill in all required details to ' Register' and click on the Generate OTP button.
6. 6After successful registration, log in using valid credentials.
7. 7Fill in the required details, upload the relevant documents, and click on the 'Submit' button.
