To be eligible, an applicant must:- be an Indian and a foreign national have sound academic or professional credentials have published original research papers in reputed and refereed journals/books

Note

The applicants must have a list of publications, or 2 (at least two monographs (single-authored).

Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-
